Zoom Video Meetings

Overview:

The workplace is changing dramatically due to the COVID-19 pandemic and companies are moving towards remote work and virtual meetings. Zoom Meetings is a powerful tool for hosting virtual meetings and gives work teams the opportunity to stay connected when not working together on site.  It also opens opportunities for connecting with multiple sites and also communicating with customers and vendors nationally and internationally. This course will give participants the opportunity to learn communication skills around virtual meetings.  This will be an interactive training course where participants will be given the opportunity to engage virtually in a group to practice the technical and communication skills presented, including role playing scenarios and group discussion topics.
